The results are in for the first half of 2020! RetireInvest SEQ has again been recognised as experts in financial advice, with a continued impressive NPS result of 88.

 

What is NPS?

NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a metric used to determine a customer’s loyalty and satisfaction with a company or entity.

 

The data is compiled from an NPS survey, which asks one question –

“How likely is it that you would recommend our company, product or service to a friend or colleague?”

NPS scores are recognised globally and are scored from -100 to 100 (100 being the highest). 

We surveyed 102 of our clients across the South East Queensland region via SurveyMonkey, and are proud to say that our clients rated us with an impressive score of 88/100.

 

Why should we be aware of this?

It’s easy to assume that most of the population would pursue moving forward with a business, based on a positive recommendation from previous customers. So, with the loyal recommendation of 102 of our clients across the South East Queensland region, you can be sure our financial advisers are well placed to provide a high level of customer service and professional advice.

NPS scores are a legitimate indicator providing a numerical rating for which organisations are considered trust-worthy, provide a positive client experience, are well versed and up-to-date in their industry and hold a positive brand perception.

 

To put things in perspective, according to CustomerGuru & Roy Morgan, in 2019, the world’s largest search engine, Google had an NPS score of 11, while tech innovator, Microsoft, has an NPS rating of 45 and Target a close 43; whilst Westpac Bank had a negative NPS rating.
